Hip Rotation: External - Prone (Single Leg)

Lie on stomach, side toward anchor. Tubing around anchor-side ankle, bend knee to 90°. Pull foot away from anchor, keeping knee bent.
Repeat __ times per set. Repeat with other leg. Do __ sets per session. Do __ sessions per week.
